Setting up several cameras
Studios, rental houses and anyone with a few cameras from Japan or grey importers can get them all done in one go. Every supported camera costs the same $35, and from five cameras we make you a custom volume quote.
Who it’s for
Wedding studios with a mix of EOS R and EOS M cameras, creators with several G7 X compacts, rental houses that bought grey imports, and schools that want every classroom camera in the same language. If every camera shows only English and Japanese, one email can cover the lot.
How the volume quote works
Send one message listing each camera with its model and firmware version — a spreadsheet or a simple list is fine. We confirm which cameras are supported, give you a total price and tell you whether you can run the setups back to back on one computer. Payment details follow once we’ve confirmed. It’s the same USB process for each camera, usually under 15 minutes each.
Mixed kits
It’s common to have a G7 X Mark III from Japan, a camera bought locally and a grey-import M50 Mark II in the same bag. Each has its own firmware, so the quote lists every camera separately — we don’t assume one approach fits all. Our firmware checklist tells you what to include.
After setup: one language for the whole team
Once every camera shows its full language list, set your studio’s language on each one. Your team can switch language themselves at any time without running the tool again. Keep a note of each camera’s firmware version for future updates.

How many cameras for a volume price?+

Can you do ten cameras in a day?+
Often, yes — if the firmware is confirmed in advance and you run the setups one after another. Allow a few hours for a larger batch.
Do different models cost different amounts?+
No. Every supported Canon or Sony camera has the same one-time price — a PowerShot compact costs the same as an EOS R or a Sony α7 IV. A volume quote only lowers the total when you set up five or more cameras together.

Firmware Checklist Before Adding Menu Languages
Whether we can add languages depends on the exact model and firmware version — “Canon G7 X” isn’t quite enough. Gather these few details before you write to us and we can confirm much faster.

The number of menu languages depends on the model — between 25 and 32 on the cameras we support. A camera from Japan usually shows just English and Japanese. After setup, your Language menu shows the full list for your model, which you’ll find on its model page.
