Agreement

By accessing menulangunlock.com, submitting the contact form, using live chat, or paying for our service, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the site or service.

Service description

MenuLang Unlock provides an independent compatibility assessment, guidance, and access to a desktop tool that may restore additional language-menu options on certain Canon camera models. We do not manufacture cameras, sell Canon products, or represent Canon Inc.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and own or have lawful authority to use the camera you submit for support. You must provide accurate information about your model, firmware, and region.

Compatibility confirmation

Payment and instructions are provided only after we review your details. Submitting an inquiry does not create a binding obligation on either party until compatibility and pricing are confirmed.

Fees and payment

Prices displayed on the site (currently from $35 USD per supported camera model) are indicative and may change. Final pricing, currency, and payment method are confirmed in writing before you pay. Bulk pricing may be offered at our discretion.

Refunds

Fees are generally non-refundable once service materials or access are delivered, except where required by mandatory consumer protection law or where we failed to provide the agreed service. Refund requests must be emailed to [email protected] with your order details.

Your responsibilities

You must follow our instructions carefully, use a compatible computer and USB cable, keep your battery charged, and stop if anything unexpected occurs. You are responsible for backing up important settings where possible and for any use of your camera after modification.

Prohibited uses

You may not misuse the site, attempt to interfere with our systems, submit false information, resell or redistribute our materials without permission, or use the service in violation of law or third-party rights.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, documentation, and tooling are owned by MenuLang Unlock or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use materials solely for unlocking your own compatible camera.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service and site are provided as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or successful language unlock on every unit. See the Disclaimer for additional limitations.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant camera model. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations — in those cases, limits apply only to the extent allowed.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MenuLang Unlock and its operators from claims arising out of your misuse of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Changes

We may update these Terms, pricing, or site content at any time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of MenuLang Unlock, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes should first be raised with [email protected]. Where permitted, you agree to attempt good-faith resolution before pursuing formal proceedings.
